The Skurra are the group of Vistani who for one reason or another have joined the The Carnival of Dread.
While all paint or hide their faces only two of them is known to speak – this is Madame Fortuna and the young bard Valrick Human.. who is considered something of a trouble maker – though its’ clear that despite him breaking the rules against speaking to outsiders that Madame Fortuna has a bit of a soft spot for him.
