Koran met what appears to be a older version of Tasha while he was trapped in The Place Within the Pages.

This version of Tasha showed him his ‘true self’ and offered to grant Koran’s wish to make amends for the evil he had previously done. healing him of his prior injuries after Koran apologised to Koraboros the Pit Fiend.
